*Sport at the University 

The University Service of Physical and Sports Activities (SUAPS) or the Department of Physical and Sports Activities (DAPS), with the participation of P.E teachers oversee sports activities organized within the university. Depending on the establishment, you can practice team or individual sports: racquet sports, ball sports (football, basketball, volleyball...), martial arts (karate, judo), dance, circus arts, yoga, gym, swimming, athletics, boxing, horse riding, skiing, sailing...

 

*Sports hall 

Once very expensive, sports halls have become a low cost option. For less than thirty euros per month, you can enjoy all the equipment on site and participate in group classes. In some gyms you will even find a swimming pool.

 

*Smartphone applications 

Many sports coaching applications are available on smartphones. Running, fitness, dance, cardio, a wide range of exercises exists. With these apps, you can play sports anywhere, anytime.

 

*Outdoor

 

On a warm and sunny day, you can go to the local parks for a run, do yoga or play football with your friends. There are many options available: football, tennis, table tennis and basketball courts in the parks - so make the most of it!
